How to Make a Hospital a Third World Country?

Making hospital medical school in Haiti is one of my tasks for the coming years. 

I have wondered how to make a medical school in a country where the death rate is ridiculously high, there is 1 doctor for every 50,000 people and is one of the world's least developed countries. 

Devoid of medicine, pharmacy, air conditioning and more. 

There are still healers due to the problem of the magical religion why over 80% of the population uses spiritual healing ineffective for healing and disease control. 

This situation promotes the common disaster of all national aspects, but especially in health with average life index between 58 years. 

I think I will have to learn social theories and be creative. 

I will use mobile technology, information technology and social media to expand the concept of learning while creating development and discipleship. 

Learning should be adapted to the resolution of problems, development of infrastructure and human needs of public health and medicine. 

The Medical School Hospital of Haiti must have a very special characteristics. 

The hospital must be in the community, not the community be in the hospital. 

Here in the U.S. community and social model is that the community visit to the hospital and community hospital which called culturally obviously not applied in a third world country. 

Student nurses, pharmacists, laboratory technicians, psychologists and health workers should devote more time to visit patients hospital operations by developing strong links with the community. The students and professors going to exert their practice at the same time theory . 

The system of primary health care is on the street and then acute practically be taken to hospital, the establishment of an efficient production of health in a severe environment against everything. 

I need God's help, because the task is arduous, perhaps the teacher will want to help me, or maybe some of you who are experts in the field to help. 

For my part I will continue to prepare and this course is good for that. 

It would seem that it is a dream, right?
